Among his recent books, I'd strongly second the recommendation for 22/11/63
-- absolutely unputdownable -- and Under the Dome for classic King that

Super thread!
1. Fragrance
2. Good hotels while travelling (just cannot able to rough it out anymore)
3. Good food -- gourmet ingredients, and pre-covid, the best restaurants
(even if it means cutting down on eating out at mediocre places)
4. Stationery

If you are looking only at the upcoming BLF you might be tempted to think so,
but this is generally not true. The composition of littlest speakers depends a
lot upon who the organisers know well, reach out to etc. and there might indeed
be a bit of a journalistic bias here because Shinie Antony

The top and bottom posting debate has been made redundant by the fact that
most people now respond from their phones, which make it pretty painful to
bottom post. Lahar, you won.

Most pharmacies I buy sanitary napkins from these days don't do the
brown/black bag thing anymore. That *could* be because I almost always
carry a capacious bag into which I stuff the product, but TBH I don't
remember the pharmacy guys attempting to wrap it either. Also, I mostly buy

I got to know him over the past two years... no conflicts, so I have
very fond memories of him. He came across as a real gentleman to me,
in the best sense of the word. It's remarkable how he handled his
illness. I wish he didn't have to go so soon and had suffered less.
I'll miss him.

Your good moderator Udhay has approved my entry into this list, and I
