I agree with Dean, that concentration is questionable. Make your own silver or find someone who is making it. Use an eye dropper and squirt 10 ppm into her mouth 4x/day, starting with only a coupla drops the first day 4x/day and increasing to full eye dropper on the 4th day to avoid Herxheimers.
