Thanks for the mail-order tip. Tryptophan is fine for insomnia, though I now prefer melatonin.Also, good "night milk" has a lot of tryptophan (or the precursor, I forget), so I can get by with a large glass of milk many times. Still, good to know the stuff is not completely restricte
