Melatonin is highly recommended by the Life Extension Foundation. Your
comments below correspond with my own experiences. NB that Melatonin
also is associated with improved immune response, such that occasional
larger doses may be useful at the beginning of any illness.

I do use H202, but only very diluted, mostly with CS. Does taste
terrible, and I never do get used to the taste, though I have used it
for years. Mostly these days, I dilute it far more than 1.5%. As time
goes on my tolerance to it actually seems to decrease.

Wanted to add my comment on the use of Melatonin. I'm a 59 year old
female. Several years ago I had trouble getting to sleep and staying
asleep. I would sleep for 30 minutes up to 60 minutes then come totally

Hi List- Help! My friend is taking care of his 93 year old Mother . She
