Your post is a bit confusing, but if you mean sunburn, it should work fine for that. (And it shouldn't hurt for the other thing.) Put a napkin, paper towel, or clean cloth over the area and saturate with CS. Keep it wet. Leave on as long as it can be tolerated. Spraying should help, but keep
