I just wanted to put a side note of Xylitol --- it's safe for humans, but if anyone who has dogs, please be very very careful not to have it laying around (gum, candy, drinks, toothpast etc) or spilled where your dog can ingest it. It's lethally toxic and a dog can die within 20 minutes. FMI http:

I'm a lurker too.  I love this list, and yes it has been a bit quiet lately.  However, its a great place to get your PHD in Natural Healthology lolol.  And here's one for the brilliant silverlist minds.  Has anyone ever heard of Li-Fraumeni? It causes repetitive cancer clusters in the body.
