Where do you live? Do you have access to jewel weed? You can try that but it
may be too late. The next thing you could try is goat's milk from goats fed on
the poison ivy/oak/sumac. I know it works for the ivy.

I have great succes
My experience is that getting the rash wet causes it to spread, so aside from
the electric current or salves, which may help a lot, not getting it wet or
washing the skin but keeping it very dry will cause scabs to form and the rash
to heal.
