took per day? Also, did you take it once per day or throughout the day. I am
currently taking SIX 500mg capsules (2400 GDU) each day, only in the morning,
1 hour before eating.

Bromelain can irritate the stomach and intestines if a person has a delicate
system or an ulcer. If so, the feeling will be like rocks in the gut or a
