Great advice. One note about salt - with 'sea salt' being so mainstream now, make sure you are getting a legitimately healthy product. The healthiest sea salts should have some color, like the pink Himalayan, or a other sea salts with with color (usually beige or tan). In either case, with or without color, make sure you are using a trusted product.
