I guess with 2020 being the year with the most unemployment, it just goes to show global warming is not man made.
Its not clear that if the economy was booming that it would have had any material difference to the global warming.
Also the loss of life from covid-19 has also not impact
The present global average temperature is above 2°C (based on preindustrial
1750), heading for 3°C in the next few years.
Humans go extinct at ~3°C, and all life on earth vanishes at 5°C.
