Here is a simple little test you can do to see if you have yeast problems.
Take a clear jar or glass half full of water. First thing in the morning
get a good wad of spit and spit into the glass and watch it grow. Three
things you will see, the yeast will grow down the glass, it will fall
That is caused by a calcium deficiency.
