Thank you Mike! If you were to substitute "vitamin C" for "CS" in your
message, it would be equally true and profound.

2.Freezing disrupts the cells and releases the AAO, which is a
membrane-bound enzyme, into solution. Thus the initial stage of the reaction
actually proceeds considerably faster when frozen skins versus fresh skins are

Hi PT,
Many vegetables and other plants contain ascorbic acid oxidase. But zucchini
squash contains a much higher concentration than any other known source. It’s
important to use as high concentration of AAO as possible in order to produce
as much DHAA as possible.

For most folks it seems than magnesium taken before bed time will solve the
problem. Mg is usually dosed "to bowel tolerance". That means you start out
with one or two tablets and work up till your bowels get too loose. Of, you
need to watch your diet. Cut out the sugars and processed foods.
I would be very interesting in learning this also. Veronica

I have accidently deleted my info on what is the best way to make CS
for myself. I had info on actual machines that did it very well. Can
any one send me their info on what they feel is the best way to make
it? Thanks so much in advance.

already is.
Looking forward to your responses.
