I used to take allergy shots but developed complications and had to stop
years ago.
I now take Quercetin Complex, 500mg, 3 times a day. It has made a huge
difference in mine and my husbands allergies. We live in Memphis and pollen
and mold are always high.

Has anyone ever made this ointment by Elixa and was successful with it's

Mary, you should make your own. I was given instructions by one of the list
members and made a cs machine in about 20 minutes for about $15.00. It was
unbelievably simple. I have been making and using cs ever since.

This is the cs machine that I made. You can get the .999 silver wire from
Rio Grande for a few dollars. Just be sure to use .999 wire and not sterling
silver wire.

I drink a lot of carbonated water and I also take cs on a regular basis,

I made the generator that Marsha recommended to me and it was very easy and
works great. I have been using my homemade CS for about a month now and love
it! The list of course keeps giving me great advice on treatments with CS.

I am looking for a CS generator, but I am confused by all of the ones offered
on the internet. Can someone tell me, from their experience, which one is
most often recommended? CS has been great for my asthma, but it is so
expensive in the health food store. I really want to make my own.
I am trying to get pregnant. Has anyone ever taken or know of any reason why
I should not take CS if I am trying to conceive or if I do get pregnant. I
take it now for a low immune system and I would really like to keep on taking
it. It cured my acute bronchitis without my regular high dose
