HOw does one subscribe to this CS Chat list. Being a newbie I need more of
CS production, RD discussions, and let's say silver accumulations in the

Well I just ran my first batch. LV
Used a radioshack wall wart 13.5/30v adapter and 16oz of DW. About 4 wet
inches of silver wire 14GA 2 apart.
I ran 15 minutes at 30v and 30 minutes at 13.5v (per Dean's rec.)
It just finished like 5 minutes ago and it seems quite clear - very clear.

Hi Folks.
Starting to brew my own CS as soon as I get my rods (thanks Dean and others
for the tips). I contacted my sister who works as an analytical chemist at a
plant where they make turbine blade parts for jet engines. I thought surely
they would have equipment there to measure PPM and
I do know they are used quite frequently in cases where limbs or fingers
have been separated in injuries and then surgically re-attached. They are
placed onto the finger tips of the re-attached finger and continually bring
new blood to the finger-tips. The new fresh blood quite often is not there
Yes and don't laugh. They're called Flatulates. No kidding.

Hi Folks.
Real simple question. I just got a WallWart from Radio Shack which is
switchable between 15 30v. I don't (yet) have a meter of ANY sort to guage
current. So to start CS production on a shoe-string budget my question(s)
is/are for the following set-up
16 oz DW (beaker type glass)
Rods
One,...
two,...
three,...
four,...
Oh heck, just turn and shoot!

O-kay, is there a relationship then between 1 or 2 batteries to partical
size and ppm? How many fl oz. for a 1 or 2 battery 'batch'?

On-Topic questions.
1. What is the shelf life of CS since it's fatal to bacteria?
2. Does the CS eventually settle out?
3. I have some Hydrogen Peroxide bottles. Can I use those or do I want to
use blue/brown glass and air tight seals?
Thanks from the newbie.

For us newbies I think standardization would be a great help. But then we
get into what type of generator is used, how far apart the rods are,
beginning temperature of the water.
Or are we just talking ppm and size as a final result?

It works better than the $50 a bottle stuff and I have far more confidence
