I drink a half liter of 10 ppm CS a day just because. If I feel down or
fatigued I up my consumption. For the sake of thoroughness I nebulize

I have CFS/EBV and Lord knows what else. I also want my hubby to take it
since he was exposed to chem-trails a few years back and we do not want to
get sick this year with viruses
