I just put CS in regular water for my dogs and birds
I never thought it would be a problem
It doesn't turn colour or anything I do wonder how much will work diluted like
that
If they have a more serious illness I give it to them by mouth individually
I find it too expensive to use disstilled water

Daily my cats get about half and half (diluted with distilled water).
If one is showing any signs of a problem at all, they get straight CS
(my homemade is about 1
I have found if I put just a little in my cats drinking water they are okay
with it otherwise too much and the both vomit,

I put some in drinking water but the water turned colors. When I give it now I
give it strait.
