Thanks, Charles, for this info on superfoods.

I've got a particular interest in calcium for a number of reasons...the one I 
think might benefit the list is this....

A while back I was getting leg cramps in the middle of the night.  This went 
on for a couple of weeks, waking me up 2 and 3 times a night.  Finally I went 
to my natural cures bookshelf and looked up the problem.  What was 
recommended most was calcium.  I took a bunch of it and that very night they 
stopped.  Haven't had the problem since, and I have kept up the calcium.
