The galactose/cataract connection has nothing to do with what
contaminants might be in milk, or with unhealthy cows or goats.
Galactose is an enzyme needed to digest lactose. If indeed galactose is
the problem, it would be a problem no matter what the quality or source
of the milk/dairy. And
