Got a question or two! But firstly, I am not getting into pedantics, just
generalities!!!
1) Are the minerals in our body in the form of ions or particles? I know
there is a fine line between the two so don't anyone go off on a
technobabble tangent defining both, I know about that from a previous
conversation with a list member. The answer is a simple...'ions' or
'particles', I'll make the destinction regarding the definition.
2) Not getting into an argument with Indi regarding better efficacy of ions
vs particles but it occurs to me that most, I repeat most, not all,
pathogens are negatively charged, does this MRSA fall into this category ie;
negative charge?
We know that ions are positively charged so if MRSA is negative would it not
follow that ionic silver would have more efficacy as opposed to particles?
They would both be attracted to each other, as opposites do, which would
result in the destruction of the MRSA, again no technobabble, this is just
an hypothesis based on a generalisation. If MRSA is in fact negative then I
would have to consider that ions would be more effective in wiping it out.
Anyone wish to support this hypothesis? Sounds logical to me.

Which makes this whole discussion a bit ironic, given that most of the
"EIS" that we make at home will have a minor but significant colloidal
component, and even Frank Key's fine product has a minor but
significant ionic component. Almost nobody has a product that's
completely one way or the other! <grin>
Indi, I'm glad you're getting positive results from something! MRSA
(Methicillin-resistant Staph aureus, for the acronym impaired...) needs
to be taken seriously.
