Bragg is a brand name for, among other items, an unrefined vinegar
made from apple cider.
It is often mentioned that the mother is included, indicating that it
is unfiltered, also.
It IS diluted to a standard 5% acetic acid content.
It is NOT apple cider, it is VINIGAR made from apple cider.

I don't think so. I am not familiar with Bragg's, but most apple cider
around here is nothing other than apple juice. The other apple cider,
called hard cider, is alcoholic, not vinegar.
