Bragg is a brand name for, among other items, an unrefined vinegar made from apple cider. It is often mentioned that the mother is included, indicating that it is unfiltered, also. It IS diluted to a standard 5% acetic acid content. It is NOT apple cider, it is VINIGAR made from apple cider. BTY
