Wayne, I have diabetic neuropathy. I take 8,000 to 10,000 mg a day for pain. I've read of people with scleroderma taking 80, 000 mg a day. 1,000 to 2,000mg a day is a maintenance dose. If you have a specific condition to treat, the amounts go up, way up! Hugh

Powder is the least expensive form in which to buy supplements. My wife and I take a teaspoon each every day, so a pound lasts us about six weeks or so. We also take a number of supplements in capsule and tablet form and using powder cuts down on the number of capsules to swallow. George
