I have seen some post on the list about MSM. I was wondering if anyone has taken it for arthritis and what were your results? If you send feedback about this what is the dosage you aree taking also please. One more thing, I do not know if there are different grades of this product, I guess it would be ok if you bought some at the local co-op that is lables for livestock.
