Regarding the Salt/C protocol which by the way is NOT TABLE SALT

Ramping up - as it is called - too fast is strictly advised against and is
nothing less than foolhardy. What you did is not the Salt/C protocol, and
has nothing to do with the protocol and is strongly advised against. There
is not a knowledgeable member in Lymestrategies, the only forum I know
having to do with Salt/C protocol, that will advise you to do that, but will
instead, steer you completely away from that type of action with a stern
warning. You didn't mention who or what forum, so I have no idea who you
spoke to or what forum you were on. The correct directions for the protocol
are numerous and easily obtainable in printed form, verbally, etc., and it
is always highly recommended over and over to read the material first before
beginning the protocol and then to follow it exactly. Therefore, it is no
surprise that results were not achieved.

As far as bugs crawling out, that is out of context and I can't speak to
that. It has been known to happen when the protocol is followed and the body
is attempting to get rid of the load, and the load is attempting to void the
body when the osmotic pressure becomes to great for them and in which they
can no longer survive. For them, it is an attempt to jump out of a burning
building. If one pathway is shut down, they will attempt to leave through
any passage way that continues to be open. But, those that this happens to
are in the minority. Most all members adhere to strict guidelines for doing
cleanses and detoxes.

I built up fast to a full protocol with salt/c. I was told I would herx,
have bugs crawling out but nothing happened. No herx and no improvement. I
was told from forum members that I would feel obvious changes happening
within weeks but didn't. When did you notice a difference?
