Diane, CMO stands for Cetyl Myristoleate (sp?). I think it`s a derivative of flax seed oil. It`s available at health food stores in the US. My experience with Glucosamine/Chondroitin was that it took 2 bottles of the stuff before I saw some improvement in my knee. The knee has had 2 surgeries on it and basically has no cartiledge in in anymore so it's bone on bone. It really has made a difference though. Diane frineha...@aol.com wro
