Sandy- My son and daughter both had pilonidal cysts. My daughter had the
surgery when she had recurrent problems, and her main complaint is that the
figure-8 scar pulls some when stretching. My son didn't have surgery until
his was in a very bad state of inflammation and had a lot of trouble wit
