I took serrapeptase for a time, and Nattokinase as well.
Not sure why, ....... I had no ailment or problem that I was trying to solve or eliminate.
I still take BP meds to keep it controlled. Still think Nieper had the right idea. Too bad I didn't take it easy.
How high is high ? Often high blood pressure does not hurt anything,
anything at all.
Still hoping it'll clear my blocked carotid and but think the two chances are "slim and none" Would be happy if it cleaned out the small pipes.Blockage may in fact be a serious problem, and could contribute
to the higher blood pressure.
But please do not belive the lie,
That high blood pressure causes strokes.

Typically, a normal blood vessel is Ten Times stronger that it needs to be,
and no heart in the world can BLOW a HOLE in a good blood vessel.
And Logic says, ..........
Weak, puny, and damaged blood vessels causes strokes,
but not "High Blood Pressure".
Of course at times, Elevated blood pressure is a life saving maneuver
by the body.
If the brain energy is low, electrolytes are low, the blood pressure will
go up.
Often the blood pressure goes up, to help the heart itself.
If the heart runs our of energy, one can have a heart attack,
permanent heart damage or they can DIE, just because there is
no energy for the heart.
Plus the heart cells use energy at two times the energy of any other
cell in the body.
Then........ If a Bear is after you, ............
the blood pressure better go up. Yes, Indeed.
It is dangerous to outsmart the Genius Body Chemists.
You can do it, but the results may be disastrous.
