I don't think there is a timing thing to the skin pinch.
If your skin stays pinched, it means that you are dehydrated.
Same with a dog, if the skin on the back of his neck stays up after you have

Could someone knowledgeable explain how to do the back-of-the hand skin
pinch and what the "timing" is? Before I began drinking enough water, the
skin on the back of my hand stayed pinched! Now it returns to normal almost
