Evening Frank, Particles are not effected by HCL. HCL will form silver chloride with silver ions, but HCL does NOT dissolve metallic silver. Sounds logical, because if it did, the ones of us that are making a good quantity of HCl, would render the CS less effective or totally ineffective.
