Most grocery stores carry Potassium Chloride, I forget if it is called
Real Salt or what, just read labels. It is cheaper than most Potassium
supplements.

Mea culpa, several people on the list have tried to tell me I may be
mag deficient before. You can all laugh at me now, and say I told you
