My taste test results say mag=deficient, acid=mildly deficient, sodium=ok, potassium=ok. Mea culpa, several people on the list have tried to tell me I may be mag deficient before. You can all laugh at me now, and say I told you so. I love self tests, and these make sense to me. Even better,
