Check out the use of DMSO to treat ulcers. It is commonly used in horses
to prevent the ulcers caused by long term Bute or Banamine treatment,
longer than five day is a risk factor. 1-2 Tablespoons in their feed
does it. Many also use it when the horses are under stress.
