I've heard that this category includes the Canadian Maple Leaf, The Twin
Towers commemorative & others.  OTOH, Silver Eagles, most "rounds"
(privately minted, 1 oz. commemoratives and 98% of the 1 oz. coins are .999.
Can anyone comment definitively?
