For lymes I would recommend taking 2 oz, twice a day of 5 PPM. Of course you should work up to it if herxes is a problem. I would also recommend ozonated water, zapping and magnetic pulsing, since CS will not destroy anything that has crossed the blood brain barrier, and appears to less than sati
