My chiropractor, who is one of 3,000 board certified internal medicine
specialists
in the US, and very highly regarded, recommends CS neti pot sinus lavage.
I just had him do a balloon sinuplasty on my sinuses and he said to
neti right away and every morning for at least a few days or any time I
Xylitol, I just spray it direct.

rd it should be mixed with Xylitol
first. I use it with a nasal spray but I don't bother with Xylitol, I
just spray it direct.

I mist CS up my nose whenever needed, so i don't see why using a neti
pot would be any different. The mist has certainly cleared up chronic
sinus issues here. Léna
