Thanks to everyone for the input on splitting nails. There's lots of info there to mull over and try to put to use. I will respond to a couple of things. First, I did the gelatin/orange juice/colloidal mineral thing for years, ala Dead Doctors Don't Lie. I think it's a wise thing to do, but
