Gary,
During the 15 years I have been testing and working with people, I have
repeatedly seen children with symptoms such as you describe experience
relief when they omitted milk-fat from their diet. It has been my
experience that children have trouble metabolising milk-fat containing
products such as cheese, ice cream, whole milk and even 2% or 1% milk.
Buy a bag or box of non-fat powdered milk and make it stronger than the
instructions suggest (provides extra calcium and makes it "creamier").
I have seen the disappearance of runny noses, ear infections, coughs,
stomach aches, constipation and diarrhea, bad breath and eczema after
omitting milk fat. I know some people feel that cows milk is bad, but I
have seen very few children (or adults) who have had trouble with
non-fat milk. It's worth a try.
