Some people, i am told have a skin reaction of some sort. My sister does and was advised to take Niacinamide instead. Lorna Vanderheaghe has a site at www.healthyimmunity.com that I believe you can e-mail questions to or search the site. A health food store should have information on this also.

I do have a reaction to niacin, a skin flushing sort of thing, feels very hot and itchy.Extremely unpleasant and can last for a very long time (24 or more hours). It is bad enough itself, but it also sets off my eczema, perhaps the flushing is a histamine reaction itself, or it sets off the
