Is it really more effective to use DMSO for topical CS use?
Say I have a cup of CS..what is the least amount of DMSO I can add to be
effective?

Even 2-4% will have an effect. All depends on how much CS you want to
carry in. Personally I use at least 20% and up to 80%.
