It would be good for topical use. For internal I would try adding a few
drops of H2O2 to each glassful to see if that will clear it up.

Metallic taste is common and certainly OK.
Yellow is OK also, but slightly overdone. Use it, it's ok.
Clear is considered best.
Decrease your brew time slightly.
