I gave up nightshade plants and it made a world of difference for me. My arthritis like symptoms are not as severe as some and I don't have joint disfigurement. I love tomatoes in the summer so this is a hard one for me. Eggplant and peppers I can do without anyway. Potatoes we switched to

Hi Jaxi, Long ago, I read a great book on allergies that discussed nightshades and mentioned that a quick diagnosis is this: if you take Alka-Seltzer GOLD when having your pain, and it alleviates it within 20 min, it has neutralized the nightshade acidity that's some people are prone to. I
