I don't know what site you are looking at, but the EPA doesn't care anything
about CS at all. They are concerned with silver in drinking water, and the site
I saw of theirs several years ago said that silver metal had no toxicity
limit. There was no mention of CS per se at all.

The EPA does not say that silver is absolutely non toxic..it says that the
toxic level is WAY beyond what we could possibly consume with CS water.
