Are you then referring to "Silver Oxide" nanoparticles?
metallic silver has no oxygen.

I'm not Ode, but I would strongly disagree with your statement Phil, as
there is no conclusive evidence that nanoparticles are superior to EIS. You
can make arguments on either side, but you cannot draw a conclusion. The
anecdotal evidence for the efficacy and safety of EIS is
