Also, stay away from nitrates, and cheese in
particular chedder. carob could also be a culprit
because it is actually part of the peanut family.
Peanut butter gives me migranes also . another
headache trigger for some can be omega oils esp the
omega six oils. it can cause clumpling of platlets.
