I have found the amino acid, L-glutamine, to be helpful in fighting IBD. Perhaps it would help with IBS, too. Then there's always Slippery Elm and Marshmallow Root, both reported to help tremendously: I have no experience with either of these, though. Elaine Kansas City, MO -- The Silver List
