IMO, there's no way you can hurt that cat. Give her all you can. She might
even drink it on her own as cats seem to prefer CS over water.
Friends cat recently came back from vet predicted death / feline leukemia
by drinking CS.
All my cats get about 1/4 oz a day for 2 years now.

For my own cat, I would be inclined to force CS fluid -- that is, with
a rubber ear syringe or an eye dropper, sqirt it in the mouth.
An absolute minimum of 4 to 8 ounces a day spaced at an ounce every other
hour.
What harm if she's so far gone? Could be just the answer.
