Gina, Only a small fraction of an ounce of CS is inhaled at a time. The idea of putting in an ounce or two into the nebulizer is to have it ready for use every half hour or so during the day, but definitely not to inhale that much at once! Yes, you can put in only a teaspoon if you wish. Use your Silver Puppy brew as-is, no dilution.
