Dee, the weight loss thing may have more to do with a congested liver than just
iodine supplementation by itself. I have been taking iodine and haven't lost a
milimeter. I also know though that I have a congested liver and

Try using carb blockers, such as one of the phase II products. My wife
who is diabetic now eats almost normally by taking one of these before
any meal that has starches
