Don't throw the black CS away, Topically it has many many features. Burns,
scrapes, cuts, you names it It will heal quicker with CS puton topically. I
also like to have cut flowers around my house (especially in the winter). A
little CS in the water will keep those flowers fresh longer
I'm new at trying to make my own CS with my SOTA silver pulser, and last
night I fell asleep with the unit running. This morning, it's very dark
brownish black. I know I won't be drinking this stuff, but before I throw it
out, is there any other use I might make of it, or did I just ruin it?

certainly explain how it could go in one color and come out another!

I too have occasionally found that CS will turn black after a few days
and have found another potential cause. Sediment left in the bottle
from earlier batches will cause newer batches to turn black. It is too
hard for most of us to detect because we're storing the CS in dark
bottles. I've found
