I guess the RFC 3261 grammer shall not allow trailing semicolon with no header
parameters.
To= ( "To" / "t" ) HCOLON ( name-addr
/ addr-spec ) *( SEMI to-param )
to-param = tag-param / generic-param
tag-param = "tag" EQUAL token
generic-param = token [ EQUAL gen-va

within the payload of certain SIP requests and replies.
SDP operates on an "offer/answer" model; the initiating side makes a

Greetings,
Let's say I have a To header that looks something like this:
To: ;
Is the trailing semicolon valid despite no header parameters following
it? How should this be handled by a UAS?
My interpretation is that a bare separator is not allowed based on RFC
3261 25.1 "Basic Rules":
Hi
I do not thing 403 Forbidden can have Retry-After. 403 usually means
the UE is either blocked or not allowed. Retry-After makes sense in 503
Service unavailable.

In such cases 403 Forbidden shall have Retry-After header field giving the
number of seconds client has to wait before sending the next REGISTER request.

Hello,
Are there SIP-PSTN gateway services that support wide-band Speex audio codec on
the SIP side? Are they free? or free trial? I looked at gizmo/sipphone and
doesn't have speex/16000.
Thanks!

If there is 401 back is because the Credentials are not correct:
username ,password , realm, nonce...
You do need a trace in our system.
Normally after some retries ( nounce counter) then there is a final 403
response to stop the loop. Register/401.
