What is the Source(message element(s)) for the MD5 hash to provide the
responses for REGISTER and INVITE.
i.e What pieces of the 401 response are used to create a new REGISTER request.
I'm guessing that INVITE will be almost the same.

mentioned in draft-ietf-sip-connect-reuse-03.
I think most SIP entities do not support draft-ietf-sip-connect-reuse-03 as a
way of server connection reuse.

This could be ok provided that there is no audio RTP between the
end of the RFC2833 and the time when the button is released.
I don't think you'd want RFC2833 of a tone followed by the tone
