Forceful termination of the transaction is not a good option. It will
result in retransmitted REGISTER request sent by UE as new request at proxy
server and subsequently a new REGISTER request will be sent to the network
(REGISTRAR). This will result in multiple REGISTER request

One way is to forcefully terminate that trasaction and let UE retransmit
Register and handle this register as fresh one.
